Why We Built This Site
Indiana makes many non-confidential case records public, yet the holder still depends on the record. Jackson Circuit Court and Superior Courts 1 and 2 issue process in their assigned cases. The Jackson County Clerk keeps those court files. The sheriff publishes a limited live warrant list, serves process, and coordinates with the jail. MyCase can reveal public docket events but is not a warrant certificate. We organize these distinct channels, court codes, addresses, and confirmation steps so a reader can begin with the office that actually holds the requested information.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Indiana court, sheriff's office, or state agency. Those limits are important:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages contain search boxes supplied by outside providers. Those providers operate their own services and set their own prices. A paid signup may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not set their charges, control their results, or treat their data as an official Jackson County warrant check. Confirm a result with the issuing court or sheriff.
